Since inception in 2007, we have provided targeted and in-depth training courses to develop the competency and capabilities of engineers, geoscientists, technicians and related professionals from various leading national and multinational companies across the world.

 

Primary Role:

  • Collate and prepare daily call reports
  • Prepare closed sales handover documents to operations
  • Generate invoices for sales and courier them
  • Manage government grant applications for training courses
  • Create event codes for events in the CRM
  • Prepare completed questionnaires and participant lists for courses
  • Assist office manager with office maintenance and pantry deliveries

 

Secondary Role:

  • Assist in answer incoming office calls on alternate days and hours
  • Assist operations in hosting virtual training courses
