Asia Edge is a leading Energy Industry training specialist based in Singapore. Since inception in 2007, we have provided targeted and in-depth training courses to develop the competency and capabilities of engineers, geoscientists, technicians and related professionals from various leading national and multinational companies across the world.
Primary Role:
- Collate and prepare daily call reports
- Prepare closed sales handover documents to operations
- Generate invoices for sales and courier them
- Manage government grant applications for training courses
- Create event codes for events in the CRM
- Prepare completed questionnaires and participant lists for courses
- Assist office manager with office maintenance and pantry deliveries
Secondary Role:
- Assist in answer incoming office calls on alternate days and hours
- Assist operations in hosting virtual training courses
