Asia Edge is currently looking for a suitably experienced producer to develop and manage a portfolio of events and training courses for the energy industry. This role will include researching for qualified instructors and collaborating with them to develop market relevant training course for professionals in the energy industry. This role will require the candidate to be working remotely.

 

Conference / Training Producer

Job scope:

 

• Research, assess and engage industry experts and instructor/s for industry events and training courses, and co-ordinate appropriate content for the relevant target audience
• Develop and present briefs for marketing and sales teams, and aid them with understanding the events and courses produced
• Maintain and control event budgets and establish revenue goals to achieve revenue targets
• Develop and write engaging sales copy for course brochures, website and social media for promotional purposes
• Assist to facilitate training courses onsite or virtually, and network with participants for future event or training opportunities

 

Requirements:

• Experience in developing or managing training courses or conferences across any sector
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines
• Confident communicator with excellent written and oral skills
• Open and ready to work remotely from home
