About this Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT)

This VILT course is designed to equip participants with a broad understanding on maintenance management that emphasizes on the process of maintaining a company's assets and resources, controlling time and costs, and ensuring maximum efficiency. Apart from that, electrical systems such as switchgears, electric motors and power transformers are integral and critical for the reliability of production and the operation of facilities.

The current challenge faced by companies is a shortage of competent personnel such as electrical system operators who meet the requirements stipulated by regulations and fully equipped with the relevant knowledge, experience and familiarization on the right approach of handling of electrical system

As a result, companies may not be fully capable in rectifying problems of switchgear, electric motors and power transformers under their care with their inhouse expertise. This often leads to extra costs being incurred for engaging external expertise to rectify the problems of the electrical systems.
