About this Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) 

Over the last 20 years, schedule slippages are still the number one reason behind project failures in the Energy  industry, resulting in massive cost overruns, quality and safety issues.

This Primavera P6© based training course will equip participants with the understanding of advanced project management functionality so that participants can make improved decisions when managing real projects. Participants will have the opportunity to practise these functionalities, and learn how to manage projects and resources efficiently utilising advanced techniques to ensure maximum return on investment.

This Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) course will discuss Project Management topics including feasibility, FEED and execution planning, earned value analysis and advanced scheduling as well as resource management topics like manual allocation, bucket planning and levelling amongst other functions.

Participants who are interested to pursue PMI certifications such as PMP®, PgMP®, PfMP® or related qualifications will be able to claim 20 PDU upon completion of this VILT course.

This VILT course is intended for professionals who already possess project management skills and Primavera P6 expertise, and have an interest in increased project value and efficiencies through advanced planning and scheduling. It will also benefit project managers, coordinators, analysts, planners and other professionals interested in the topic.

The VILT course will be delivered online in 5 half-day sessions comprising 4 hours per day, inclusive of 2 breaks of 10 minutes per day.

Course Duration: 5 half-day sessions, 4 hours per session (20 hours in total).
