Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage full sets of accounts including AR/AP, Fixed Asset, Prepayment and Deferred Revenue
  • Prepare monthly account schedules, reports and bank reconciliation
  • Prepare biweekly bank balance report
  • Inter-companies billing and reconciliation
  • Quarterly GST submission
  • Coordinate with E2i and SNEF for related courses and grants
  • Ensure compliance in internal control procedures
  • Handle related tax compliance matters
  • Assist & attend to yearly audit and tax
  • Assist sales administrative tasks
  • Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties assigned from time to time

 

Account Receivable:

 

  • Process client invoices and confirmation letters, Credit note/Credit voucher
  • Monitor payment received & update in CRM (Bank transfer/credit card payments)
  • Prepare biweekly sales report and AR Aging Report
  • Maintain and update activities and figures in the sales leader board & revenue dashboard
  • Process Vendor registration
  • Submission of e2i and MCF claims
  • Banking duties if needed

 

Account Payable:

 

  • Verify and process of all payment
  • Consolidate of credit card

 

Payroll:

 

  • Handle payroll & staff expense claims (Singapore and Malaysia)
  • Computation of commission for sales staff (BD and TS) monthly
  • Monthly submission for CPF(Singapore), EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB (Malaysia)
  • Yearly submission for AIS/IR8A(Singapore), FormE/EA(Malaysia)
  •  Filing for IR21 if applicable
