Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of accounts including AR/AP, Fixed Asset, Prepayment and Deferred Revenue
- Prepare monthly account schedules, reports and bank reconciliation
- Prepare biweekly bank balance report
- Inter-companies billing and reconciliation
- Quarterly GST submission
- Coordinate with E2i and SNEF for related courses and grants
- Ensure compliance in internal control procedures
- Handle related tax compliance matters
- Assist & attend to yearly audit and tax
- Assist sales administrative tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties assigned from time to time
Account Receivable:
- Process client invoices and confirmation letters, Credit note/Credit voucher
- Monitor payment received & update in CRM (Bank transfer/credit card payments)
- Prepare biweekly sales report and AR Aging Report
- Maintain and update activities and figures in the sales leader board & revenue dashboard
- Process Vendor registration
- Submission of e2i and MCF claims
- Banking duties if needed
Account Payable:
- Verify and process of all payment
- Consolidate of credit card
Payroll:
- Handle payroll & staff expense claims (Singapore and Malaysia)
- Computation of commission for sales staff (BD and TS) monthly
- Monthly submission for CPF(Singapore), EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB (Malaysia)
- Yearly submission for AIS/IR8A(Singapore), FormE/EA(Malaysia)
- Filing for IR21 if applicable
