We are currently recruiting Telesales Executives – Corporate Training and Education for our Asia Pacific markets division. The role will involve acquiring company sponsored learners to participate in our wide range of technical and management courses in the energy sector. The candidate for this role need not have energy industry experience and will be provided with intensive hands-on training about the industry and methods to secure client participation for our international portfolio of training courses.

This position also offers great career advancement opportunities for experienced sales and business development professionals from the conference or training sector.

Job scope:

  • Identify and Generate Sales Opportunities: Proactively identify and sell training course seats to energy organisations, aligning with predefined sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to consistently identify and compile potential sales leads and opportunities within the energy sector.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all call logs, sales leads, and invoices using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system throughout each sales campaign.
  • Revenue Collection: Ensure timely and efficient collection of payments from clients and work diligently to clear outstanding receivables within each fiscal quarter.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Workingclosely with your team leader and fellow team members to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes, sharing insights, and working collectively towards achieving sales objectives.

This role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, meticulous record-keeping, and strong teamwork to meet sales targets and contribute to the success of the organization.


  • At least 2 – 3 years related working experience in phone-based sales or inside sales job role
  • Confident and strong communication skills, both written and on the phone
  • Ambitious, action-oriented and committed to achieving goals set
  • Able to work independently as well as being strong team player
  • Prior experience in sales leadership or management will be added advantage for senior roles in the department
