This solar growth presents immense opportunities for companies in the power utilities, renewable energy and EPCC sector. Industry projections suggest that in the coming years, significant EPCC contracts are expected to be awarded through various government initiatives. These contracts will significantly boost solar power generation capacity worldwide.
EPCC contracts offer power utilities and the renewable energy sector a strategic framework for developing and executing renewable energy projects with adherence to timelines, budgets, and stringent quality standards. Simultaneously, these contracts provide contractors a platform to expand their business, bolster capabilities, and solidify their position as pivotal players in the renewable energy market. In this dynamic environment, a thorough comprehension of EPCC and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) agreements is crucial for both sectors aiming to capitalise on the renewable energy revolution effectively.
This course aims to empower participants with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate complex contracts effectively. It covers essential topics such as understanding key commercial terms, mitigating risks effectively, ensuring performance guarantees, managing flexibility for unforeseen challenges, and adopting best practices in contract negotiation and management. This course will be delivered face-to-face over 3-day sessions, comprising of 8 hours per day, 1 hour lunch and 2 breaks of 15 minutes per day. Course Duration: 24 hours in total, 24 CPD points.
