About this Micro Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT)

This Micro VILT presents an overview of Technical Report Writing. For inexperienced technical writers, it will give an insight into the basic concepts of report writing. For experienced writers, it will give them a chance to reassess how they approach their report writing tasks. For both sets of writers, a consistent writing process is key to producing quality reports every time, and in an efficient manner. This Micro VILT will present a tried and tested writing process which participants can use to assess their current method of writing and, if necessary, change their way of completing their reports. Then participants will be asked to consider the value of templates before comparing generic report structures.
