We are currently recruiting Strategic Learning & Development Manager for our Asia Pacific & Middle East markets division. The role will involve acquiring company sponsored participants to attend or purchase a wide range of technical and management courses. The candidate for this role need not have prior experience in the energy industry, and will be provided with intensive hands-on training about the industry and how to secure client participation for our portfolio of training courses.
This position offers great learning opportunities for experienced sales and business development professionals from the training, skills development or conference industry. Successful candidates will have strong earning opportunities and career advancement. If you have experience in selling training from other industries, it will be an added advantage.

Prior Customer Support and Customer Success Experience

Ability to adapt /work in a self directed way , Love of a fast working environment

Developing strategic key accounts, whilst winning new and important business for the Company

Generating and running client visits with confidence, being proactive in selling the variety of training solutions, and preparing sales proposals

Identifying learning & development trends and market information, utilising it to make balanced business choices to improve client’s individual and team performance

Ensuring sales productivity levels are sustained so that targets are achieved on a monthly to quarterly basis. Sales Productivity includes co calling, maintaining CRM activities, meetings and hitting the desired target on a quarterly basis
