About this Training Course 

This 5-day course is structured to understand broader aspects of the future of oil & gas business and how to properly evaluate our options. The participants will become aware of the challenges the industry is going to face in the future, the impact of energy transition, strategies in light of energy transition and portfolio management. The participants will also gain hands-on experience in investment evaluations, investment decisions, limitations of the yardsticks used in investment evaluation, accounting for risk and uncertainty in investment evaluation, how to make investment decisions using deterministic and probabilistic methods. The course involves extensive use of problem solving to reinforce the theoretical concepts.
