Participants will gain understanding to select the most appropriate Incoterms for international shipments to minimize risks, costs, and lead times. This module explores international Air Freight Forwarding: key actors, regulatory frameworks, documentation requirements, contracts, and overall transport organization.

Module 4: International Sea Freight

This module explains international Sea Freight Forwarding, covering the legal framework, documentation, contracts, and the execution of international sea transport agreements.

Module 5: International Road Transportation

This module provides guidelines on International Road Transportation conventions and defines the obligations and liabilities of all parties involved.

Module 6: Transport of Dangerous Goods

This module addresses the specific challenges of international transport of Dangerous Goods, which is common in the Oil and Gas industry. Topics include international regulations, classification and identification of Dangerous Goods, and proper packing, marking, and labeling. It also explains the documentation necessary for transporting and storing Dangerous Goods.
