Throughout his career, he has engaged with leading industry players, including CNPC, CNOOC, ZPMC, Hengli Petrochemical, SBM, BWO, and MODEC, handling contracts and disputes involving offshore fabrication, shipbuilding, and commodity trading.
His experience includes:
- Advising on fabrication contracts for offshore topside process modules valued at over S$1.1 billion.
- Managing charter party and seismic data acquisition disputes exceeding US$200 million.
- Advising on newbuild contracts for semi-submersible heavylift carriers and jack-up rigs, each with a combined value of over US$400 million.
- Overseeing sale and purchase agreements for crude oil, bunker, and petrochemicals, valued between US$25 million and US$40 million per contract.
