Your Expert Course Instructor is a highly accomplished organizational effectiveness consultant with over four decades of experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, and human resources. Her extensive career spans across four continents and more than 40 countries, where she has advised a diverse range of organizations on various aspects of individual and organizational change, leadership and team development, coaching, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion.

For over 30 years, She was an integral part of Shell Global Solutions, where she held significant roles. Her last position before retiring in June 2018 was as Manager of the Performance Improvement & Implementation team in Commercial Services, Shell Projects and Technology. In this role, she led a global team of professional consultants, designing, developing, and delivering customized interventions at various sites to support technical improvement projects.

Following her retirement from Shell, She established her own consultancy business called “Emergent Change,” where she continues to work as an independent consultant. Throughout her career, She has demonstrated a passion for designing and facilitating workshops that seamlessly integrate both technical and non-technical aspects of projects. Bridget’s wealth of experience in diverse national and organizational cultures, combined with her expertise in organizational effectiveness and change management, positions her as an asset in the field of organizational development and consulting.
