Course Outline
This module addresses the critical practice of equipment preservation—protective and preventive maintenance applied before equipment is put into use. It covers all categories of project equipment stored at supply bases, warehouses, or operational sites prior to installation. The training also applies to critical equipment and spare parts designated for drilling and production operations.
Operating in remote and often harsh environments, oil & gas professionals must adopt preservation best practices to ensure readiness and longevity of stored equipment. This course also includes a review of common industry equipment, covering identification, function, and operational use—particularly valuable for non-technical personnel.
