Project Management Professional (PMP)® Examination Preparation Course

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• Understand and apply PMI’s Talent Triangle® philosophy to align strategic, technical, and leadership competencies across projects.
• Analyze and address risks, engage stakeholders effectively, and develop robust communication and procurement strategies.
• Enhance team collaboration using psychological safety, servant leadership, and emotional intelligence.
• Master project formulas like EVM and CPM and leverage hybrid and agile frameworks for complex project management scenarios.
• Develop skills for knowledge dissemination and organizational learning in line with PMI’s guidelines and industry practices.

Skilled project managers, project team members and those interested in project management best practices who have already attained 4,500 hours or more project management experience required to take the PMP® examination.

PMP® candidates must have a “Bachelors or first degree in any discipline” or equivalent, INCLUSIVE of the following:

• At least 4,500 hours of professional experience in managing projects, AND
• At least 35 contact hours of formal project management education (this course provides 35 hours of project management education)

For those who could not fulfil the above academic requirement, candidates must have at least a minimum “high school certificate” INCLUSIVE of the following:

• At least 7,500 hours of professional experience in managing projects, AND
• At least 35 contact hours of formal project management education (this course provides 35 hours of project management education)
